"Wrong direction" is a song by LorD and Master from the album, Dialogue. The song examines the concept of perfection and how seeking it may, in fact, make one less perfect.
Lyrics
You’re heading in the wrong direction If you’re seeking perfection You’re heading in the wrong direction Just look at your reflection We are captivated By the concept Since adolescence And the onset Of sexual Awakening When we first Get an inkling It’s going round And round and round Try to touch it and it falls to the ground It’s going round And round and round You’re heading in the wrong direction If you’re seeking perfection You’re heading in the wrong direction Just look at your reflection Don’t feel forced to change Don’t cover up that scar Uniqueness is strength You’re perfect as you are It’s going round And round and round Try to touch it and it falls to the ground It’s going round And round and round You’re heading in the wrong direction If you’re seeking perfection You’re heading in the wrong direction Just look at your reflection It’s going round And round and round Try to touch it and it falls to the ground It’s going round And round and round You’re heading in the wrong direction If you’re seeking perfection You’re heading in the wrong direction Just look at your reflection
