Chipset

Chipset is an electronic pop/rock duo consisting of LorD and Master and Victoria Oldman. The pair met at the age of eleven at school and have had an enduring friendship since (albeit with a ten-year hiatus while Victoria moved away). In 2012, LorD and Master played his first live show and asked Victoria to play bass with him to alleviate stage fright and after the performance, the pair decided to write and produce music together.

Band dynamic

Within Chipset, Victoria takes lead vocals and plays bass guitar while Dan plays keyboards and takes backing vocals. Victoria writes most of the lyrics, though they often share that responsibility and Dan produces most of the music and Victoria is always present and providing input.
