Obviously artwork.

Obviously is the second non-original studio album released by LorD and Master. It is a collection of cover versions of Pet Shop Boys songs and was produced on Sony's ACID Pro software and is the last album in the catalogue to be so before Dan moved on to Apple's Logic Pro. The album was released on 21 January 2011.

Concept

The collection of songs was selected arbitrarily by Dan and he chose some of his favourite songs, some of which are not widely known by non-fans. The concept of the album was to update their sound for the contemporary audience and present the beauty of Pet Shop Boys' song-crafting talents. The album artwork is a vague homage to the cover of the Pet Shop Boys album, Actually. The name of the album is Obviously because it was such a predictable move that LorD and Master would release at least one album of Pet Shop Boys covers. The subtitle of the album is "A celebration of the music of Pet Shop Boys", a nod do the predisposition of Pet Shop Boys, during their earlier years, to be strict on the fact their band name does not use the definite article.
