"That's not me" is a song by LorD and Master from the album, Queer. The song is about finding a picture of yourself before you came out as LGBTQ+ and seeing the nascent personality behind the eyes, but having the impression that the person in the picture isn't you because they're not "done yet".

Lyrics

Pick up a picture and l look in my eyes
I see quite clearly that I'm in disguise
I see the person whom I'm destined to be
But when I look closely I see

That's not me
That's not me
That's not me
That's not me

From a chrysalis a caterpillar emerges
A butterfly and our appreciation surges
Leaving that shell as an a signpost on a track
But when I look back l see

That's not me
That's not me
No, that's not me
That's not me

I can accept anything
A new age I usher in
Just be free and everything
Will be utterly fine

That's not me
That's not me
That's not me
That's not me

Perhaps it's possible that nothing is true
Maybe too much mayhem merely pushing us through
Turning to me telling me that I'm something new
You tell me I've and I say that we're meant to

That's not me
That's not me
No, that's not me
That's not me

That's not me
That's not me
No, that's not me
That's not me
