Pensive album art.

Pensive is the twentieth original studio album by LorD and Master. Released 5 March 2021, the album is more thoughtful than previous offering (hence its name) and has a more laid-back and chilled feel to it, at times.

Concept

The concept of Pensive came about when Dan first wrote "Time to think" for a collaboration project with dEk101. Derrick Ryder liked the song and offered two mixes and the artwork for the project, which Dan then took and ran with for the first single for an album of more introspective songs and Pensive was born. The album art, a collaboration between LorD and Master, Peter Nugent and dEk101 was based on Derrick Ryder's design, with Peter providing a plate for the background of the design, showing neurones firing to signify the more technical aspect of the brain's inner workings.
